1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

We will not refund services that have been fully delivered or utilized. (Only applies to custom built applications)

-Failure to provide sufficient information or documentation to support the refund request.
-Violation of our terms of service or acceptable use policy.
3. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required to process your refund request.
4. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. License Deactivation
Upon approval of a refund, the associated license(s) and access to the software will be revoked immediately.
6. Modifications to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
