What language's does your product support

We are an English-speaking company, but our app has all the same languages that Voice-Flow has. Sadly, our system (invite emails and downloading the app) is not set up to handle any other languages. If you use our pro tier, you can access webhooks to make your systems in whatever language is required.

Instead of constantly polling an API to check for updates, a webhook enables an application to receive updates automatically as they happen.

Can your mobile app run on desktop too?

Yes, both the client and admin apps are accessible on desktop computers via a web browser. However, our current design is optimized for mobile devices, so the desktop version may display some minor layout inconsistencies. We are actively working on improving the desktop experience.

What is make.com?

Make.com is a no-code platform that allows users to visually design and automate workflows by connecting to different APIs (Make has access to over 2,000 different apps). This allows you to streamline tasks across different platforms without the need for coding.  Formerly known as Integromat, it enables individuals and organizations to create custom automation solutions, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

Can clients transfer documents from the app?

No, clients cannot transfer or upload documents directly through the app. However, you can create a workaround using external tools like Tally to create forms that allow your clients to upload documents. Then, use Make.com to automate the document transfer process and integrate it into your existing workflow. We are in the process of developing an add-on so clients can directly transfer documents to their agent.

What happens after I upgrade?

When you upgrade to the Pro tier, the email address associated with your payment will automatically be upgraded. You’ll also receive an email with detailed instructions on how to set up your Pro account, including guidance on getting started with the additional features available to you and your users.

What are the limitations of this software?

This software does not offer complete white-labeling capabilities. You cannot customize the URL or the app icon. You also cannot directly integrate with Stripe for payment processing without using Make.com. Additional limitations include:

1. Inability to allow clients to upload documents without setting up your own upload link. We recommend using Tally for creating form links and Make.com for automating your workflow.

2.
Lack of certain advanced features found in other analytics platforms.

3. Admins can only monitor voiceflow chatbots, for now

Yes, you cannot completely white label our apps. You cannot directly integrate with Stripe without using make.com.
