Both admin and client apps can be branded with custom colors. The client app is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, with web/PWA access as well. The admin is only a PWA/web app for now. Our goal to add more features in the future, by adding value to our Pro users.
You can monitor token consumption for Voiceflow chatbots and enable your clients to view their usage. When a client reaches their token limit, you can automatically send an email notification or activate an automation in make.com using a webhook and stripe to implement an auto billing feature. You can also manage clients and customize the app branding to match your business. All pro users will be able to download a template for stripe with the autobilling feature.
The client app provides your clients with a user-friendly interface to access all their linked Voiceflow chatbots. You have two options for notifications:
1. an email alert sent to your preferred address when the token limit is reached.
2. Use a web hook activation to trigger automations in platforms like Make.com. Pro users also receive a free template to set up automated billing through Stripe when a token limit is hit.
You can set up automated client billing using Make.com, a platform for creating automated workflows. When a token limit is reached, a webhook can trigger a Make.com scenario that charges clients using Stripe. Pro users get a pre-built template for this automation, simplifying the setup process.
You can do this two ways, the first way is to send them an invite email once you add them the second way is activating a web hook to send your own emails.
The client app is available for download on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. You can also access both apps through a web browser as a Progressive Web App (PWA). The admin app is a PWA you can install it on your home screen.

We are an english speaking company, but our app has all the same language that voice-flow has. Sadly our system (Invite emails, and downloading the app) is not set up to handle any other languages. If you use our pro tier you can acces webhooks to make your systems in whatever Language required

Yes, both the client and admin apps are accessible on desktop computers via a web browser. However, our current design is optimized for mobile devices, so the desktop version may display some minor layout inconsistencies. We are actively working on improving the desktop experience.
Make.com is a no-code platform that allows users to visually design and automate workflows by connecting to different API (make has acces to over 2,000 diffrent apps) This allows you to streamlining tasks across different platforms without the need for coding. Formerly known as Integromat, it enables individuals and organizations to create custom automation solutions, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
No, clients cannot transfer or upload documents directly through the app. However, you can create a workaround using external tools like Tally to create forms that allow your clients to upload documents. Then, use Make.com to automate the document transfer process and integrate it into your existing workflow. We are in the process of developing an add-on so clients can directly transfer documents to their agent.

No, currently, the backend is not customizable.
This software does not offer complete white-labeling capabilities. You cannot customize the URL or the app icon. You also cannot directly integrate with Stripe for payment processing without using Make.com. Additional limitations include:
1. Inability to allow clients to upload documents without setting up your own upload link. We recommend using Tally for creating form links and Make.com for automating your workflow.
2. Lack of certain advanced features found in other analytics platforms.
